For the city that never sleeps, we discovered that New York still has a lot to learn about coffee. That’s where we come in. Aussies just do it differently. For us, coffee is something to enjoy. Whether it’s catching up with your best mates or while you’re on the run. It’s always about good vibes, good flavor, and good beans.

Finding it difficult to source a proper cup of coffee in the city that never sleeps we decided to open our first coffee shop in New York, inspired by Australia. In 2014 Hole In The Wall was born and introduced New Yorkers to coffee that can be enjoyed, not just to get you going. When made right, with the right beans, it can be something to really savour. 

Fast forward to today and you can catch us slinging everything from a classic cup of joe to espresso based cocktails seven days a week at all of our four Hole In The Wall locations.

We love sharing our Australian state of mind—and lo and behold, New Yorkers have been drinking it up. So much so, that we wanted to give even more people a try.
